Attorney Randall C. Cahill is an accomplished civil litigator and managing partner at the Cahill Partnership, LLC. Attorney C. Cahill started his legal career at the Department of Justice-Honors Program, and thereafter, became the lead attorney for all creditor rights issues within the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Missouri. For the past 20 plus years, Attorney Cahill has lead the charge of the Cahill Partnership, wedding a unique blend of law, business and politics into a successful moving force within the greater St. Louis community.

He has represented such notable clients as Reverend Al Sharpton, during the I-70 Shutdown, the St. Louis Public Schools Transitional Board, Dr. Malichi York, founder of the Black Hebrew Nation, and is currently legal counsel for St. Louis local chapter of the NAACP. He is a Managing Partner Cahill Partnership, LLC.

Attorney Randall Cahill graduated from St. Louis University- School of Law Juris Doctorate 1982- 1985, White Family Fellowship Public Law Forum- Law Review, University of Missouri- St. Louis Bachelor of Science, Business Administration. Distinguished Service Award- School of Business Dean’s List, admitted Missouri Bar 1985 Admitted Georgia Bar 1990.
