Mr. Fred Darby is a graduate of Vashon High School, class of 1964. He is a United States Navy veteran, Seabees (Construction Battalion) heavy equipment operator. He is a Vietnam Veteran, stationed in Danang, South Vietnam in 1966. Life Member Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1944. Mr. Fred Darby has been married for 52 years; blessed with two grandsons, Malek and Keion. He is an active and committed member of Grace Lutheran Church of Pagedale for 42 years. He is an elder and has served in the capacity of the president. He is a member of PTL and McKinley middle school. He retired in 2017 after forty-seven years from an automobile business. Mr. Fred was very passionate about his career. He is a former member of North American Minority Auto Dealers Association (NAMAD). He is a former Ford dealer, Lincoln Mercury dealer, Auto Salesman, Sales Manager, Used car manager, and Finance Manager. He represented Chevrolet, Ford, Lincoln Mercury, Buick, Volvo, Nissan, Toyota, and Lexus.
